Most of the work happens on your own schedule. You keep going without being chased.

You can give 5–10 hours a week for all 6 weeks, around school.

Book a free discovery call
Talk to the LEAD team before you apply. Students and parents can ask anything about fields, mentors, price and safety. Already sure? Skip to step 2.
Step 2 · Online form
Fill in the application
Tell us about you, the fields you’re curious about and why you want to try them. No essay, no test.
Step 3 · By email
Shortlist and decision
Our team reviews every application and decides. If it’s a yes, you get your offer and we match you with a host company and your own 1-on-1 mentor in your field.
Step 4 · Any week you choose
Start your internship
Accept your offer and pay, then pick your start week. Mentoring is 1-on-1, so there’s no class to wait for: your first session is set around your schedule.

Who can join LEAD Internships?
High school students aged 14–18, anywhere in the world, who can work in English. You don’t need past work experience. You need curiosity and 5–10 hours a week.
Do I need experience or a résumé?
No. Most students have never had a job before. We look for curiosity and the time to do the work, not a résumé.
Is there an application fee?
No. Applying is free, and so is the call with LEAD. You only pay if you’re accepted and decide to join.
When can I start?
Whenever suits you. Mentoring is 1-on-1, so there’s no class to wait for: once you’re accepted and have paid, you pick the week you begin, around school and exams.
When will I hear back?
By email, within a week of applying. Our team reviews every application; if it’s a yes, we start matching you with a host company and your own mentor straight away.
Can a parent or school counselor sign up for a student?
Yes. Anyone can book the free call: pick Student, Parent or Other on the contact form.
Do I need to live in the US?
No. LEAD is fully remote and open to students anywhere, as long as you can work in English. Your weekly 1-on-1 sessions are scheduled to fit your time zone.
